“ I had a catastrophic engine failure on my Subaru with only 19k miles and had it towed to Sheehy. Very happy with the work and the replacement of the engine under warranty was seamless to me. My car, unsurprisingly, was in the shop for a bit over a month while it was being diagnosed, awaiting Subaru warranty approval, awaiting parts, and having the new engine installed. I found this timeline fully reasonable. I think Sheehy could have been a bit more proactive on updates (particularly just to say “hey no updates, still waiting on parts”) but they had me set up with a free (and new) loaner car the whole time so i put this in the category of “how to go from very good to great.” ”
